The Scope of Dental Bleaching in Aesthetic Dentistry
Aesthetic dentistry is very popular and always in great demand, either from the patients or the dental practitioners. There are many methods dentists are trained to carry out aesthetic dentistry, some less invasive than others. The dental profession is striving for a minimal invasive approach This lecture is to discuss the scope of dental bleaching in the improvement of the aesthetic of the patients’ teeth non-invasively.
This lecture will cover the non-invasive approach of teeth whitening on natural teeth, including fluorosis and tetracycline stains. White spot lesions (WSLs) and different methods of managing these lesions, especially those WSLs developed after fixed orthodontic or clear aligners treatments will be discussed.
Dental bleaching utilising specially formulated high alkaline bleaching agents to control dental plaque and biofilm in patients undergoing fixed and clear aligners orthodontic treatments will be discussed.
Dental bleaching while wearing clear aligners and improving of the gingival inflammation in patients with poor oral hygiene will be covered.
There will be more than 10 case studies on the above topics with detailed treatment regime and methods to carry out these treatments with zero to very low sensitivity to the dental pulp and gingival tissues.

Digital and Conventional Techniques in Clinical Workflow
Occlusion is of vital importance to the long-term success and comfort for the natural dentition as well as the prosthetic restorations. Immediate patient tolerance can be provided by applying the appropriate individual occlusal scheme which may differentiate relative to various restoration types. Using monolithic zirconia as a rastorative material for monolithic restorations became more popular paticularly for bruxing patients. Establishing digital flawless occlusal relationships in monolithic restorations prior to fabrication may minimize tooth wear and diminish chairside time loss. Same rule applies for the implant supported prostheses which are highly susceptible to occlusal interferences. Several clinical techniques and appliences may be used to avoid occlusal interferences in the centric state and during the eccentric moves. In this presentation, effect of erroneous occlusion on temporomandibuler joint disorders, practical use of face-bow for a well-balanced occlusion, rigid silicone bite registration technique for a correct centric occlusion, monolithic restorations for bruxing patients and modified lingualised occlusion concept will be described.

TOMOGRAPHY IN DENTAL PRACTICES
Developing technologies has led dentists to obtain three-dimensional images of the teeth and jaw area by using cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) in their practice. CBCT are very useful devices for implant planning, endodontic applications, surgical procedures, and other dental treatments. It provides less radiation exposure and offers higher resolution images than other 3D imaging methods. However, it may be costly, not necessary for every patient, or not all CBCT devices on the market can produce adequate diagnostic images. Dentists should apply CBCT scans according to the patient's condition and choose a CBCT device in accordance with practice.

CONVENTIONAL IMPRESSION METHODS IN THE ALL-ON-FOUR CONCEPT
Osseointegrated dental implants are considered the gold standard for replacing lost teeth and surrounding structures which are require a certain healing period after they are placed in the bone and before they are loaded. If the patient needs surgical intervention such as alveolar ridge-bone augmentation and sinus lift operations, the recovery period may need to be extended. In biomechanically compromised environments, such as poor quality bone, tension on the crestal bone can be reduced by increasing the distribution of implants in the anteroposterior direction, placing longer implants, and maximizing the number of implants. The all-on-four concept sheds light on its use in edentulous patients; It is one of the treatment methods that surpasses the routine treatment alternative of conventional prostheses with successful results in short-term, long-term and retrospective studies. This treatment concept; In cases where the posterior bone volume is insufficient vertically or horizontally in the posterior regions, titled implants are placed in the posterior regions and straight implants are placed in the anterior region, allowing the hybrid prosthesis to be placed on four implants immediately or conventionally. Passivity of prosthetic components is one of the most important prerequisites in oral implant rehabilitation to maintain osseointegration. Particularly, the passive seating of the infrastructure to be attached to the independent and non-parallel implants is important both to protect the crestal bone and to prevent biomechanical complications. Impression with a open tray technique with splinted implants in clinical conditions can increase the prosthetic success.

THE C.G.F. (CONCENTRATED GROWTH FACTORS) TECHNOLOGIES IN ORAL AND IMPLANT SURGERY
Nowadays treatment of complex cases is one of the clinical challenges of everyday practice.
Surgery for the placement of implants in complex cases needs a practitioner with adequate surgical training and experience and who understands the biological aspects and restorative needs of each clinical situation.
This presentation is designed for all dentists who perform implant dentistry and aim to increase their value, knowledge, and confidence
The purpose of this lecture is to provide an overview of the surgical options related to an alternative approach in oral and implant surgery.
The use of autogenous growth factors will be described as boosters of the tissue repair process.
Clinical data and personal cases will be shown, step by step, to remark the advantage of this approach.
This technique provides a faster, safer and easier way to manage complicate cases.
We have been seeking for a less invasive and an effective treatment option and it can be said that the concentrated growth factors (C.G.F.) may be a bright solution, taking your surgical work to the next level, safely.
